Morning, 7.1 today. Ok with this, as I had a terribly picky eating day yesterday, did burn over 1300 calories on my exercise bike, but then have gained 1 1/2 pound, so I have decided to look at the good not the bad.

Only from very much exercise and 44 grams of carbs yesterday, my thyroid level is in the normal level now , I gain weight from both being too high and being to low
