Mine was 12.2 this morning. I had a sausage sandwich with white bread and ketchup for dinner and the spike lingered. Good job I don't have treats like this very often. Had to take more breakfast novarapid insulin to incorporate a correction.
Weight gain has peaked hopefully. Still having odema on stomach so wasn't from metformin like I suspected.
Back to the drawing board.
I might try no diet lemonade and just water for a few weeks.

Malbec seems to work better than Pinotage. I’m going to try a few more to find out which is the champion.

@DJC3 If asked for an opinion my palate prefers Malbec. It does favour Pomerol and Medoc more but it can be coerced into Malbec!
