Good enough for me to give it ago
We cook a couple of 500 gm packets of spirals, then put into portion size packets. When they are cold put into the freezer. Had to experiment with portion size tho'.
When we reheat i we put a bit of water in the packet, then nuke it in the microwave for three minutes.
Using ordinary freezer bags? And no spikes!!!!!???? I'm getting excited!!!!
I use zip lock sandwich baggies.Using ordinary freezer bags?
I mix the spirals into the sauce so I would not have a clue really.Does it change from al dente to soggy on re-heating??? Has anyone tried with spaghetti?
Aaah! I like my pasta with the bolognese sauce or a ratatouille sauce with meatballs on top, unless we're having lasagne of course.I use zip lock sandwich baggies.
