My sympathies. Gout and I are very well acquainted, although I have it under control these days and it's been a couple of years since my last bout (touches wood).

6.3 for me today. That's a little high for me given my history. I had very few carbs yesterday, no alcohol and a fair bit of exercise... one to watch.
