Good morning everyone.
I am back to testing today, and my fasting glucose level this morning is 5.6
My emotions have been all over the place, with mum's sad and painful loss, and I know there will still be times when it catches me unawares, and shocks me all over again, but I have to regain some sort of normality and to carry on. It's what mum would have wanted.I am wearing her signet ring that she never removed since her father brought it for her at aged 14, so now there's a constant attachment to her

Didn't take one yesterday morning, but it was 5.5 this am after a 4.9 last night. A lot of us seem to be getting higher readings in the morning to the previous night: any ideas why? Is it all down to the liver dump, & how significant is it, health-wise?
