Well, @ 09.09 I was 5.8 after a 5.7 before bed, I'd prefer it in the 4s, but at least it's not in the 6s, so I would agree with @ianpspurs ' comment: not bad enough to be bad or good enough to be good!

Morning all, no number to record as I woke up, jumped straight in the shower and then though about testing
However, 6.5 before my almost zero carb breakfast which is about right for me as my numbers always climb during the morning regardless of what I do, eat or not eat!
