The frequency is 95.2 on FM & DAB you might find it by trying online maybe x

Good Morning! 7.4 at 0630.
My fault. I haven't been drinking red wine for the last few days as I thought it was adding to weight gain - I haven't been walking much because of dodgy knee. But last night I had a couple of large vodkas with Zero Coke, and thought it would be a good idea to eat a whole pack of chocolate peanuts. Lesson learnt.
