Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good Morning! 7.4 at 0630. :bag:
My fault. I haven't been drinking red wine for the last few days as I thought it was adding to weight gain - I haven't been walking much because of dodgy knee. But last night I had a couple of large vodkas with Zero Coke, and thought it would be a good idea to eat a whole pack of chocolate peanuts. Lesson learnt.

I’ve done that!
It’s not so much the booze that bu**ers things up, it’s what you end up eating with it/ after it.

Hi @Prem51 doesn't hurt to have a bit of a treat now and again:) As long as you enjoyed your vodka and the choco peanuts that's all that counts.:happy:
