Thanks Jim, I am in the three month period for my hba1c blood test in December.

So trying to keep on the straight and narrer...

First post here because it was just an interesting morning.

Woke up showered etc and tested. 6.9 ***!!! (Last few days were lower 5s). Test again - 4.9, and tested again at 5.4 All within 1 minute.

Good morning all
4.3 @ 05:30AM.
I couldn't resist the remaining coconut milk.
I think that's it, It changed my BG rise trajectory.
After dinner my BG rose as high, as 5.1mmol/l @ 1hr post prandial, from a reading of 4.1mmol/l just before I ate,
Post exercise.
By Jove that stuff was delish.
Perhaps I'll make it an occasional treat, I see myself whipping up something worthwhile with it, I can see cocoa powder and some of the 100% cocoa butter I have on hand and some clhilli powder.
I need to stop, no need bringing on a full blown chocolate craving. This weekend.

Good Morning! My fbgs have been higher than usual over the last week - high 6s and 7s. But after fish last night I was 5.9 at 0635 today.
