Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good morning everyone from Florida, will be boarding the ship in a couple of hours. Yesterday was extremely stressful at times and way too long, however apart from one random very high 8 taken just to prove that stress does indeed raise BG levels, I’ve not recorded an 8 in all the time I’ve been testing so stress is most definately something to avoid all other readings were on par with a normal day at home/work and I did eat a tiny bit of rice and a mini sandwich a slice of cake so I can’t complain.
This morning taken about an hour after getting up and showering etc 6.2 so I’m more than happy, let the holidays commence.

For the past couple of days I have been drinking flavoured liquid whey (mango or apple) and have noticed a decrease in my blood sugar readings. Has anyone else experienced this? Google only seems to report on the powder.

These drinks have fructose, when my BG is low (bellow 4 ) I drink mango, apple and sometimes orrange juice to get the BG up.
 
5.5 was today's digital scam. @DJC3 great news - far better imposter (Kiplingesque ref) than the 6s; @ally1 no oopage yesterday I assume so back in 7s; @JanetMcDowell grandmother duties and dietary slips haven't diminished your radiance - besides 6.1 is not stellar stratospheric. Relax re minecraft, soon enough there will be games the young man doesn't understand himself (Joni Mitchell's Circle Game)
