    Hello everyone and good morning to you all. 5.1 fbs for me this morning. To achieve this number, I find I have to stay away from anything sweet like chocolates, even a small piece; and pasta/noodles (or rather anything with flour in it). I will try my best but sometimes give in to temptations.
