I am diet controlled but have been diagnosed for 3 years so should know better.Don't feel bad the first few weeks after diagnosis I was well into the teens sometimes as high as 15 in the morning. Keep at it you'll see the results eventually
i think i must have unknowingly been celebrating australia day last night @Tipetoo i did have a pint of fosters and several other drinks with an alcoholic theme tested sugat @0.47 1t was 6.7 and at 0618 it was a round 6.0..have a good day mate!5.6 at 4:40 am.
