5.8 this morning. Lowest I've ever got since my diagnosis 3 weeks ago. I'm happy with that

3.2 been battling to bring it down from 9-15 then this morning it plummeted to 3.2 .... so frustrating hadn’t changed insulin or what I’d eaten etc etc ...

7.5 after family visiting from Mexico , had too many potatoes and waldorf-salat , and some liquerice and chokolate-balls with cream inside...
today going to a koncert and having a big dinner first with my best friend .. so tomorrow will probably be just as bad.. looking forward though anyways

Had my twice-yearly intensive check-up at ophthalmologist and all is A1 OK, so much so that my next appointment is now not until Feb 2020. Now just need to get better fasting blood glucose results ( and lose more weight

)
