Was 6.2 at silly o’clock. Treacherous underfoot despite spikes (why are other people able to walk on thick ice wearing sneakers without falling?).

thinking off testing a bit later than I do just now a late supper after work is at 10.45 ish then bed about 11.45 testing at 9am don’t really know if that’s in the fasting range or not any thoughts would be appreciated thanks in advance

I even looked it up on Internet (can’t say ‘Googled’ since I use DuckDuck.go) and apparently the answer is to walk like a penguin
