Doing well in himself but Prostate is the problem it seems although asymptomatic at the moment. Has a number of appointments coming up for best course of treatment. We will know more then. Thankyou so much for asking.

6.9. Think its lack of exercise, haven't been able to train very much this week. It's the only other factor which has changed, so - back to the gym!
