Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

You're lucky to have decking. All I 'have' is a common patio area where some little darlings have vandalised the rotary driers

I’m fortunate enough to own a ground-floor apartment - garden is completely fenced in (dogs) and I had concrete slabs replaced with wooden decking because it doesn’t burn paws and feet.
 
5.5 today, higher than normal for me. I’m happy though as it was expected having had a very late dinner with more meat than usual
