Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.5 today after a very late ‘beige buffet (!)’ at my BIL’s 50th Birthday ‘do’ followed by a lie in this morning

Edited to add back down to 4.9 two hours after a late breakfast

Thank you. HbA1c in 2 weeks - that will tell all methinks.
 
at 0551 fbs was 5.8...... a fathers day shared takeaway tandori chicken some daal, brinjal bhaji, saag ponier, spoonful of rice and a small piece of oily paratha so not too bad i think....
