6.5 @6.00am - yesterday was cold & miserable so I ate more carbs than I should have - if only we could have a Mediterranean climate to go with my Mediterranean diet :-/

6.8 this morning . At 06:00 just got back from a boozy weekend in the auld sod.
Hopefully back to normal by Saturday . 12 hr fast today
