Had a small bowl of icecream last night about 7.30.
Test was 10 before sleep at 10.30
Trying to cut carbs but as a veggie and not being able to shop or being much of a cook I'm finding it difficult especially for breakfast. Can't eat eggs every day.
Usually have cereals for breakfast
Sandwich for lunch with bergan bread
Quorn veg potatoes for evening meal
Some fruit or nuts and occational treat.
