This morning went wake up 2 hrs later than normal 4.4, 4.6, relieve Mafeking &c, dress, 5.1, see to pups, make tea 5.2. Pick one of those I'm ok with all of them.

4.3 (! lowest ever, but I had a *very* low carb day yesterday) up to 5.6 two hours after breakfast (coffee then greek yoghurt with dry roasted peanuts).
