Wrong thread but we all react differently. Have you tried the LC breads available?

6.8, im guessing the 5 cans of coke, 2 litres milk, 8 roast potatoes , 6 packets crips , 2 chocalate bars the day before didnt help.

P.S I am takinv this seriously yesterday was an aberation, a bad day!

Libre powered 4.7 @ 6.20 - so no dramas I guess. No overnight lows - chorizo and cheese supper may have some more outings if scales stay where I want.

Woke up starving and ate a couple of pre-cooked sausages out of the fridge before remembering to test. So 6.7 at 9:30am, 2 hours after food.
