7.3 blood at 8:30am, which was an 8.1 on Libre. Highest I've seen on Libre this morning is 8.6. No reason for it. Chicken + cauli rice + broccoli for tea last night, and nothing but pork crunch and 85% dark chocolate for snacks.

Much more of this, and I think I'm kidding myself that I can do this without Metformin. If the objective is to stay below 8.5 most of the time, then I'm winning (typically spending about 2% per day over that level) but my Libre average is currently 7.2, and even if that's 0.8 high, it's still higher than I think it needs to be.
