My sugars always run high and I can't use Insulin it has no effect on me. Thankfully they are not as high since I started the Forxiga as they were. But I can have a hypo if I drop to 7.0.
I was 9.7 when I got up this morning.

It was something or other at 3:30 am that the night sister said when she tested my bloods to busy trying to get back sleep afeter she woke me up a bit before to take my blood pressure and sp02.
