Not strictly a morning reading but I am fasting 18 hours so sort of counts. 12.

I’m so annoyed. Today I reached full dose of metformin and have been fasting 18:6 since Monday to help speed up the reduction in BG but not much is happening. I have got a cold which could be interfering with it but I still feel annoyed. I’m trying so hard. Today is week 6 of keto since scoring a whopping 26!
