No surprises - managing poor (high / unknown carb content) food and drink intake with reduced volume - if I can stay under 6 for the holiday duration I'll be happy…

Hi,Good afternoon everyone.i am new here ,joined yesterday.Thank you so much for joining me.I am really confused and concerns my situation.i took two met ,one in the morning and one in the afternoon.but during the my diabetic go down very quickly in which heart palpitation go up very quickly.then i drink plenty water and dates then come back to normal.Anyone here can advise me what to do
