G'Day from a snowy Montreal. My waking BG was 5.8mmol/L. But I had a small slice of Naan bread with peanut butter (non-sugared) late last night.

Woke up to a BG of 6.2mmol/L this a.m. Cheated with a piece of toast, mushed banana and chocolate hazelnut spread near bed time last night... That was nasty.
