Hello from Montreal! my waking BG is 5.5mmol/L at 05:00 this morning.

That run I had yesterday, wiped me out for most of the day. Maybe my milk went bad.

G'Day from a balmy Montreal.

My waking BG was 6.0mmol/L. However, that was post very hard bed to runners 3km run routine.
