Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I woke to a BG of 5.2mmol/L this a.m. No running this a.m. (I had a small apple just before bed, expecting my reading to be much higher.)

I’ve found out that the tramadol I was taking before I went caused my insomnia and made me restless so now I take ibuprofen instead but its not as effective
