G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG is 5.2 mmol/L this a.m. (06:00 EST)

Late assigned 6.5 km run routine last night. I think my BG was 5.6 mmol/L after that run. (Lots of REM sleep last night, mostly light sleep.)
