Before breakfast this morning my B/G level was 5.2 on the monitor app my A1C is 5.0

G'Day from Montreal. I woke to a BG of 5.1 mmol/L this a.m. (05:30 EST)

10km long run this a.m. came back with a BG of 6.7 mmol/L but that's after a small soft ice cream after my run.

9.5 first thing then dropped to 8.6 after a short walk ( 10 grams of carbs before walk ) .
