I have fallen off the wagon more times than I can count and it is ( as you know ) very hard to get back on the dam thing. My incentive is that my eye scan is showing some signs of retinopathy in one eye that panicked me !

since starting steroids my sleep pattern is terrible I am waking up all hours, had to get up at just gone midnight and eat something as levels dropped sighs
