    10.9 before you all go whoa I was diagnosed last week at 17.8 I only picked up the meter Yesterday and have not yet started the metformin but have been strict LCHF

    8.3 this morning after a number of mornings at 9's but then no surprise to me lower as last night the neighbors three legged cat went to sleep on my chest while I slept :) .
