First time since being on lc diet for 12days and it's 6.1.

Good Morning,

My blood glucose reading at 5:49 am this morning, Saturday 19th March, 2016 was 7.4 millimoles per litre. Throughout the early hours of the morning I consumed 4 glasses of tap water and 1 mug of tea with 2 Tetley round tea-bags, a small 5 ml spoon of Nido milk powder and 4 Hermasetas mini artificial sweeteners.

6.9 @5:45am

mostly in the 9s yesterday, rough day and early to bed.
I'm hoping it was partly down to my fortnightly humira injection and not a sign of an oncoming infection.

fbg 5.0 this morning, very happy with that after my very successful experiment with LC lavash bread yesterday! Huge hugs @maureen5752 the thought of losing my sight terrifies me, really hoping your current problems are a temporary result of the op. Fingers crossed for you that it will improve, and quickly xxx
