Hi everyone! My laptop went down. Think it was hacked. Got a pad now, which I have got to get the hang of. Finding it difficult to navigate this forum, and only shows likes and those don't work half the time.
Anyway my reading was 5.8 yesterday and 6.4 today.
What about the real thing then?? Low carb ground almond muffins with cream cheese/thick cream filling and/or topping are an excellent source of protein and fats with notta lotta carbs, and can fit pretty well into very low carb (<40g/day) eating.
