6.3 this morning
I jumped from 5.1 pre dinner to 12 post+ 2 hours . No more rice for me
6.7 goes up and down all the time 5.3 yesterday but not losing weight don't know why, probably the wine
Morning. 5.2 at 7:15. Didn't expect that. Thought I was good yesterday.
Sneaked up to 5.9 today....
Creme Brulee and beer like me?
6.5 at 7am and now after a session in the gym 7
Such are the rewards for yesterdays PB
7.4 at 5.30am and I am very pleased that this week so far I have stayed in single figures
6.3 this morning at 7:17am - I'm absolutely thrilled! That's the lowest I can remember it being. Ate 4 cherry toms and it only went up to 6.8 at 10:14am - brilliant!

I haven't been on for a while. 9.2 stressful times ahead . I need to get back to my 5's. Hope you've all had a good day!
All these reading are pretty low compared to me can't believe people put 7.4 and a sad face after it ...id jump through hoops if that were me I think it's good if under 10 at anytime day or night
I was the same for a few weeks after diagnosise, and the morning FB seems to be the most errant. Stick with it, nd a downward trend should eventially materialise
5.0 ... even after a half portion of chips last night
Morning all 5.3 today good to back in 5's again just need to get rid of the pain now
