Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.1 today after rubbish sleep but ok with that

Borderline T2, serial yo-yo dieter but firmly sticking to LCHF with IF
 
Fbg 7.3 , so so me thinks.
I cannot afford my supplement right now as kids parties and school holidays needing my financial support more.
As someone said "onwards and upwards".
 
6.3 again this morning - pleased as it is stable at present - not going above 8.0 throughout the whole day - feel really pleased that the LCHF is finally showing good results, it did feel like it was not working as I kept tweaking the foods until it was right for me - that was the hard part - almost got to the point where I just wanted to eat Greek Yogurt because I know I am OK on that..... but thought that would be unhealthy, I do have it twice a day a couple of days a week when I try to go low calorie - need to keep losing weight............

Friends made a birthday tea with lots of sandwiches (my downfall) and trifle, cakes etc

I know I didn't have to eat them ... but ... I did!
