    Morning all

Another glorious costa del sol day today and I guess I am getting acclimatised to the heat as I got a 4.8 this morning, which is unusually low for me.

It could just be that the heat makes everything harder work, or I suppose the swimming will be helping .

Light earlier dinner as you mentioned, lots of water before bed. Lantus at 9 pm. "Sleeping Fasting" for 8hours till my alarm and tested. I still have to test tomorrow again tho. The same routine to see if it's a pattern or not. I suspect that my Lantus wears off after 8 or 9 hrs
