Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

4.0 @ 07:40 (did a walk with sprint interval training)

11.3

It was the soft white rolls in Sainsburys. But I didn't have to eat all four, I could have frozen three.

I am requesting to be barred from Sainsburys. Well here I go again but I will win the war although I lost yet another battle.

5.8 at 6am, started taking 100mg of sitagliptin about middle of july, had to reduce my starlix and gliclaszide as I dropped to 2.4, as I was on a charity run to John o Groats which meant driving for several hours, I stopped the sitagliptin until I came home and after reducing other meds have now settled down to 5's and 6's for FBG levels. I go back for bloods next week and I'M SURE that my hba1c will have come down from 57 which is same as last year, so pretty constant. I just didn't like waking up to BG levels of 8's and 9's.
