Apparently meat, fish, seafood and cheese can increase acidity in the blood and thus increase arthritis pain levels. It's been suggested that, if affected, one should limit protein from any of these sources to no more than 70g per day (about the equivalent of one chicken breast).I hope you don't think im nuts but just read cheese and animal protein can make arthritis worse. Try a different protein? Nuts or fish/seafood. I'm doing to abandon my cheese to see if my problem goes. I might have to buy yogart - fruit free as i need the calcium. I'll keep you updated.
