7.6 Had a day of high ones yesterday, dont know why. Diet was same as usual and had a stress free lazy day. Went up to 14.9 at lunch time but only had usual food.
6.6 it's the Trump effect - I was so tired after staying up all night watching the election I ate some of the pizza base last night at our local pizza joint, I just usually eat the topping,
8.7 glipizide tablets been reduced from three to two tablets, had recently been in sevens in morning and slowly reducing. Will have to monitor. Not struck on where I am at the moment.
