3.8 this morning - too low! My dinner consisted of dairy ice cream (12g of sugar and very nice!) at approximately 9pm and some cheese later on, washed down by creamy coffee. Was surprised at this level this morning, considering that I didn't manage to take my Gliclizade until 10pm (courtesy of a comedy of errors getting home and not having them in my bag). Oh, the joys of the weather on the traffic! Just shows, it seems to be bread which is my downfall rather than just sugar.
