Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I haven't posted lately as I have been in Andalusia for a week, but I'm in hotel lobby now waiting for coach transfer to airport, so I thought I'd give my readings for last week which were:
Monday 7 (dp?); Tuesday 6.1; Wednesday 6.2; Thursday 6.3. I changed the testing cartridge which may be the reason for lower readings; Friday 5.8; Saturday 5.6; Today 5.8.

I had a 8.2 this morning after sleeping til 9am. Had a naughty savoury carb yesterday.
I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

Fbg 9.4 reintroducing porridge and seeded bread for heart health. I'll give it a few days to see if I need to adjust insulin. Pain is far worse without Naproxen so maybe I do have arthritis. In pain even in rest now.
