Wish mine was 6.6I stopped metformin a few weeks ago. CT dept asked me to not restart it til after scan. I forgot to ask about if dye will affect my thyroid. Best call them back. Humf!
Get well soon mate. Ibuprofen is sugar coated so may increase fbg. I get sugar free liquid one.
