    6.3. Quite respectable, but I'd like to get it back into the 5s again. It's still staying quite flat during the day(apart from yesterday's sausage spike) and it creeps down into the low 5s by bedtime, so I'm not too worried.

    Got my hba1c result back the other day, it has come down to 5·6%.

    Lost 8kgs since September as well.
