Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Amazing BG reading and great work-out. Like you I do a lot of fitness and work outs, but I have never as yet had a reading in the 3s:)
In truth scared me a bit, I get a great response to static cycle, 3 min warm-up, 30 seconds max turnover, 1 minute coast repeated 4 times - killer (but great results in bg)
