Overnight jumpy numbers with a low of 2.9 and high of 7.1 I'm assuming the cmg still settling in ! either that or 30 g of pork rinds upsets the system!

Know that one, can't sleep either, and it's not Santa's fault.

Anyway 5.6 today. Weirdly I'm happier out of the fours,

yeah merry Christmas everyone today 4.8 mmol , and I even forgot my metformin yesterday morning... I am thrilled... did do excecive excercise yesterday like 1850 calories... because soon i´ll have 6 days of no fitness .. yesterdays excercise must be the reason for my low number <3
