Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I also had Brazil nuts and a few slices of cheddar.
Bummer. I can't eat nuts right now. I love nuts. I had a severe allergy to a hazelnut just before Christmas. I had the paramedics here to treat me for the beginnings of anaphylactic shock :eek:. I'm waiting for an appointment at the allergy clinic. Shame, I love them :(

Sorry to hear that KimG hopefully they can test you against specific foods.


Brazils are my go to snack, also something that I've been over indulging in a bit too much. I've eaten nearly 2kg of Brazil nuts in the last two weeks alone and probably need to cut back due to the large amount of calories, before Xmas I'd never eaten them.
 
Good morning on this snowy one 5.3 @ 6am, will I ever get below 5 and his was after 2 glasses Shiraz haha
 
3.2 leaving work last night so had to fix that before driving home had a late dinner stir fry beef and vegetables , bedtime bs 6.2 and fasting 4.1
 
Fbg 5.5 . I feel like dancing. This lchf is a God send. Mind u remaining birthday cake was winking at me all night. Luckily it was full of haribos. I prefer natural jellies, especially dinosaurs and snakes. ;)

8.5 this morning. I had really good readings all yesterday, so I was hoping this morning's reading would also be good, but alas it was not to be :(
