Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.0 this morning, yesterday 6.5, day before 8.7 so hopefully on the right track at last, love it by the way britishpub.

Hi to you all, 5.2 before breakfast (porrage ) went for long walk round park stopped for warm sausage roll and cuppa tea, then check reading before lunch ( tomato with basil ) 5.2 I am so thrilled. And I have even dropped off one of my 4 metformin I will now run on three metformin for awhile.

12/3/16. Morning All.

7.3 this morning:banghead: (never had supper has planned)

When I have supper at 11p.m. consisting of buttered crackers and cheese, the next morning my fasting is in the 5's.

Lie in was well appreciated. Tested after 5hr fast 7.6 then 10hr fast 5.4.

I'll take the 5.4 thanks :) no alcohol either.
Chinese sauces I kept to a minimum and no dessert. (Mostly protein and peppers, onion and baby corn.)
Nuts before bed. Ha ha

10.4 at 10 am but that was after a large pizza last night so bad but not as bad as it could be

I bet more cheese than cracker. Protein really helps out.
Your 5s will be back tomorrow @liam1955 without a doubt.
Crackers! lol

6.8 this morning, lower than the rest of the week. Bizarre as we went out for dinner last night and ate much later than usual. Maybe the red wine helped!

6.6 at 10.40am wakeup, and 6.7 last night 2.25am after my fairly usual late supper. But I also ate a little slice of my low carb foccaccia with a thin slice of cheese a bit later which I didn't test for.

Was due to replace Libre sensor yesterday and it was another blooming duff one. So I can't see what's going on with possible dumps over night until next batch arrive.
