Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good morning one and all

fbg = 6.3 @ 0545
still working on exercise and diet......very much up hill!!!
Still we've got our grandson for two nights....yippee!!
temperature 0 deg C run will have to wait an hour or so.

Good Morning all! 6.0 at 0725 today.
I was expecting to be higher as I had 10 oat biscuits (5.5 carbs each) last night, with butter on. I meant to have two, but got carried away.

Yesterday's fbg 6.4 and today's fbg is 6.0.
I took no insulin yesterday but had a carb so tomorrow's fbg will be interesting.
I want to get rid of this insulin. As a start.

FBG 5.1 this morning, and my GP is talking about "undiagnosing" my T2 diabetes! (I actually disagree with her logic on this but it's still a positive sign!)

You're doing very well :). It is a positive sign. However, I would disagree with her too. I've had this conversation with mine and the DN who is diabetic, they both say it takes a bad food decision over time to revert back to bad levels :(

8.7 which is down from yesterday and after cutting out carbs. Will stick to this for the next few days.
