Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.8 at 8.20am. Woke around 6ish but snoozed till I had to get up for my 6 monthly review with doctor. 7.5 when I got back home. I'll do a separate post about what happened to my blood pressure.:(

Thanks Clive. After the 8.7 reading I sent a message to the liver to stop dumping. The message consisted of 3 rashes of bacon, half a small avocado, a small egg, and 3 slices red capsicum. I think it worked because 3 and a half hours later the latest reading is now 5.2. I guess the liver got the message. Lol!
Well donejust keep nic an steady , and your liver will release glucose more slowly ...:Happy

Late today  6.7 this morning :arghh:. It must be the concern over my mother. Arrived at Rhayader in Wales for my nephew's wedding. This area is not diabetic friendly :(. Pies, chips, burgers, rice, sandwiches, baguettes etc. I may be hungry when I get home . I hope you've all had a good day!:)

8.7 , not as good as yesterday But 6.1 after breakfast and 30 min walk. It never ceases to amaze me the difference exercise makes. Now to maintain it...
